　中田の場合はどうだったか。キラーパスの異名通り、とにかく鋭いパスは味方の能力を試すかのようで、試合中はキャプテンとして他の選手のミスを許さず、常に大声で叱責していた。ピッチの王様として君臨するあまり、他の選手は萎縮（いしゅく）してしまっていた。小野でさえもが、中田と一緒ではプレーが曇りっぱなしだった。

ありえない。そんなんで萎縮するヤツはプロにならねーよ。
