日本で、毎年１月７日の朝に食べる”七草粥”に関して話します。

In Japan, I will talk about "Nanakusa porridge" to eat on the morning of January 7 th every year.
”七草粥”とは、７種類のハーブが入ったお粥のことです。
寒さに耐える七つの草を食べることで、邪気から守り、幸運・長寿を呼び込むと言われています。
"Nanakusa porridge" is porridge containing seven kinds of herbs.
It is said that by eating seven herbs to endure the cold, it protects from evil and attracts good luck and longevity.

ナズナ：shepherd's purse

☆七草粥の作り方 How to cook Nanakusa porridge☆
この写真は、今年私が七草を買って、料理して作った七草粥です。
とてもヘルシーで朝にはちょうど良いです。

It is very healthy and just right for breakfast.
そして、インターネットで期間限定商品としてフリーズドライの七草粥が販売されていました。
フリーズドライなので、いつでも気軽に作って食べることができます。
作り方も、とても簡単です。
And freeze - dried seven - herb gruel was sold as a limited - time product on the Internet.

こちらも実際に作ってみました。
新鮮な七草を購入して作った写真と比べても、同じにみえます。
