Is Steam safe and suitable for a 14 year old
My daughter has moved on a bit from Flipnote and now plays Minecraft or some games on Steam.
I read about some Steam vulnerabilities on Wikipedia so are just wondering is it really suitable for a 14 year old.
She does only have it on a separate PC and only plays in the same room as us, but is there anything we should really be concerned about and keeping an eye open for?

Who will be the new Doctor Who
With the announcement that Matt Smith is leaving Doctor Who at the end of the year it's now a guessing game as to who will become the 12th Doctor.
I hear that the Doctor will regenerate at the end of the 2013 Doctor Who Christmas Special and the new Doctor will start in 2014
A few names I have seen mentioned so far are Hugh Laurie, David Harewood, Olivia Colman, Sean Pertwee, Martin Freeman, Ben Whishaw and Joseph Mawle

Hatena Fotolife in English
Now that we have Hatena Blog in English is there any chance of having an English language version of Hatena Fotolife too?
The photo uploader in the blog seems a little flakey at the moment.
Just a quick parental check of Hatena
This account and blog has been set up by a parent to get a bit more of an idea about Hatena before allowing my children to use it.
Wow! I've only been using Hatena Blog for about 30 minutes but are already seriously impressed, this should be ideal for people who don't want the hassle of using Wordpress or Blogger.
One slight annoyance is the AdWords ads below, does anyone know if Hatena will be providing an upgrade option that allows us to remove these adverts?
